Senders and travellers enter into digital undertakings before a handover. These undertakings include confirmation of item category, declared value (up to USD 250/INR 20,000), and compliance with airline, airport, and customs regulations.
Secure Escrow Payments
Payments are held securely and released only after delivery confirmation. This protects travellers from non-payment and senders from non-delivery.
Restricted Items and Value Limits
Zipro supports only small, travel-friendly items with a maximum declared value of USD 250/INR 20,000 per delivery. Items outside permitted categories or exceeding the value limit are not allowed on the platform.
